<em>Typhetum laxmannii</em> (Ubrizsy 1961) Nedelcu 1968 is a plant association new to Poland, built by an expansive kenophyte - <em>Typha laxmannii</em> Lepech. This paper presents the general distribution of both, the species and the association, paying particular attention to the area of Europe and Poland where, in recent years, many new locations as well as an increasing participation in vegetation cover have been observed. The habitat preferences of <em>Typhetum laxmannii</em>, the floristic composition of the association and its geographical differentiation within the occupied area are described. Background Several nonendodontic diseases can occur in the periapical region, resembling endodontic inflammatory conditions. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine the frequency of nonendodontic periapical lesions diagnosed in a Brazilian population. Material and Methods The files of two Oral Pathology laboratories were reviewed and all cases including at least one clinical diagnosis of endodontic periapical lesions were selected for the study. Notes on the Cydnidae fauna in Liberia, sampled with a vehicle-mounted net, the species taxonomy and general distribution are reported, including the description of Chilocoris elongatus sp. nov. In addition, new country records are provided for Angola, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guine a-Bissau, Namibia, Niger, Republic of South Africa, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.

Si hubiera que precisar el origen de lo que actualmente se conoce como “el Procés” de independencia de Catalunya probablemente coincidiríamos en localizarlo en julio de 2010, cuando se hizo pública la sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional en contra del Estatut.
